Created in 1995, the European Platform of Regulatory Authorities(EPRA) is a forum for informal discussion and exchange of views between regulatory authorities in the broadcasting field in Europe. With more than 25 years of experience and a robust network of working-level contacts, EPRA is the oldest and largest network of media regulators (55 regulatory authorities from 47 countries are members of EPRA) and is an ideal setting for the exchange of information, cases and best practices between media regulators in Europe. EPRA holds two in-person meetings per year at the invitation of one of its members. Throughout the year, EPRA also organises online working groups for its members on Media and Information Literacy (the EMIL taskforce), on artificial intelligence (the AI roundtable) and on video-sharing platforms (VSP and regulation working group). The European Commission, the Council of Europe, the European Audiovisual Observatory and the Office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media are standing Observers of the Platform.

Together they reach an audience of more than one billion people around the world, broadcasting in more than 160 languages. The EBU operates Eurovision and Euroradio services.

The National Federation of Journalists (FENAJ) is the trade union entity representing Brazilian journalists. Created on September 20, 1946, FENAJ brings together 31 Unions of Brazilian journalists, which together represent around 100,000 journalists.
